Chadwick Boseman plays James Brown in the new James Brown biopic. The film, which is currently in production in Jackson, Mississippi will feature actor Chadwick Boseman (who played Jackie Robinson in “42″) as legendary singer James Brown, and has a list of recognizable names attached including: Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer, Jill Scott and Keith Robinson.
