Breaking News: Jub Jub Found Guilty!

Musician Molemo "Jub Jub" Maarohanye and Themba Tshabalala were found guilty on four counts of murder and two of attempted murder in the Protea Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.

Magistrate Brian Nemavhidi also convicted them of racing on a public road and driving while under the influence of drugs.
"The death of the deceased occurred as a result of the driving of those vehicles and as such accused are convicted of driving their vehicles while under the influence of drugs," he said.
School children broke down and started crying when judgment was handed down, and one of the family members of those killed fainted.
Earlier, the version given by musician Molemo "Jub Jub" Maarohanye of the accident that claimed the lives of four schoolchildren was rejected in the Protea Magistrate's Court in Soweto.
"This version is not accurate as it contradicts the accepted versions,"magistrate Brian Nemavhidi said in handing down judgment.
"He [Maarohanye] could not explain why his fans, who were excited to see him and even recorded him, would falsely implicate him in the accident."
