Do you know dude still exists, check out his site “www.dralban.com’. I remember him for Hellow Africa, currently used by Super Sport, for their Wolrd Cup anthem and Sing Hallelujah.
I hear a lot of cats talk about Jay-Z or Nas, but none of them mention Em. Dude is the best who’s ever done it. It’s a pity his record “Recovery”, has leaked already. But from what I hear, it sounds great, especially the track with Rihanna.
We all be going crazy over Drake's album, but i think Eminem will be the one to pull in huge numbers.
ReplyDeleteDope track.
ReplyDeleteEm is a genius, turning Dr. Alban’s What Is Love into this. Dude deserves a round of applause.

ReplyDeleteYou guys are taking me back. I was 8 then, I have vivid memories of that.
ReplyDelete“What is love, Baby don't hurt me, Don't hurt me, no more”. I agree Em is genius, Im beginning to see the Slim Shade of 98 to 2006.
ReplyDeleteIm actually surprise to see most of you still remember Dr. Alban. Back then, I use to classify him as Hip Hop. How stupid was that.
ReplyDeleteI agree, dude couldn’t even rap, all he did was talk. My brother use to love him, he actually had two of his cassettes.
ReplyDeleteGuys, dr. alban aside, this song is hot.
